The recent re-opening of “BurJuman I”
(North Wing),Dubai, United Arab Emirates,
originally designed by CADIZ, BurJuman I (North Wing) opened in 1991, and late 2016
re-opened its doors for the redevelopment and expansion of the “New Burjuman I
(North Wing) ”. It features the addition of a hypermarket,a 14-screen cinemas multiplex,
a themed indoor children’s fun & entertainment center, a larger food court offer of over
2 dozen outlets and a new restaurant precinct for casual dining options, and reinforcing
BurJuman’s commitment to enhance its mall’s overall appeal of exciting new fashion brands.
For this major redevelopment programme, CADIZ Middle East Design FZE
was re-engaged in late 2013 as Retail and Concept Design Architect
Concept Design, Schematic Design and Design Development)
and with Hyder Consulting Middle East Limited as the Architect of Record.
